3. Products & Services

  • Custom Products: All custom magnets, photo prints, and personalized items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to limit sales by region or quantity.

4. Pricing and Billing

  • All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
  • You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases.

5. Shipping and Lead Times

  • Custom products have a production time of 2 business days and then are shipped.
  • Want it faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Created Magnets is not liable for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Certain products (custom items and gift cards) are not elegible for returns.

7. Accuracy of Information

  • We make every effort to display product descriptions and photos accurately. However, slight variations may occur (especially with custom made products).
  • We are not responsible for typography errors, inacciracies or omissions.

8. Warranties and Liability

  • We are not liable for damages arising from misuse of our products or services.
  • In no case shall Created Magnets be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • By submitting photos, artwork, or content for custom products, you confirm that you have the rights to use that content.
  • We may refuse content that violates copyright, trademarks or is offensive.
