At Created Magnets, we want you to feel confident when you order from us.
Please read carefully to understand which items can and cannot be returned and how our process works.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Custom products: All personalized items (such as photo magnets, photo prints, Save the Date magnets, personalized business magnets and other custom-made products) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
- Gift cards: Non-refundable.
- Personal care or perishable goods: Not applicable to our store, but included for legal compliance.
Guide and Templates
- Magnet Making Business Blueprint: Non-refundable. Once the PDF guide is purchased and accessed, the purchase is final.
- Canva Printing Templates: Non-refundable. Once the Canva templates are purchased and accessed, the purchase is final.
- Transparency: Before ordering, we provide detailed descriptions and information about all digital products. Once purchased, all sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@createdmagnets.com if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process.
